We bring the restaurant experience to your home or chosen location making every meal special.

But we don’t just do catering- we also offer cookery classes, fridge and freezer stocking and meal/picnic delivery, so you can enjoy amazing food whenever you need it.

Meet Lucas, the Chef Behind Kitchen Alive

With over 20 years of experience in some of the world’s most renowned restaurants, Lucas brings a wealth of culinary expertise and passion to Kitchen Alive. Michelin trained, he has honed his craft in top kitchens across London and beyond, including Chez Bruce, Terre à Terre, Catalina in Sydney and Murano by Angela Hartnett, to name a few.

Lucas’s love for fresh, seasonal ingredients and bold, delicious flavors is at the heart of everything he creates. But beyond cooking, he’s also a natural teacher. His passion for sharing his skills began early in his career and came to life when he became head chef at the Underground Cookery School in London. After spending six years in Valencia, he perfected the art of authentic paella, now one of his most sought-after classes.

With extensive experience in private catering and event planning, Lucas has curated everything from elegant canapé receptions to themed events, weddings, and corporate gatherings—including for one of the world’s top law firms. These experiences inspired him to launch Kitchen Alive, where he brings his love of exceptional food and unforgettable dining experiences directly to his guest’s tables.
